Where can I buy Kidaluma books?

You can order directly from this site (our own Kidaluma checkout), from our Etsy shop, or from Amazon where a title is listed. Buying direct supports us the most and is usually the fastest way to get a signed or bundled order.

What payment methods do you accept?

Our checkout accepts major credit and debit cards. Your card details are handled by our payment processor — we never see or store them.

Which currency are prices in?

Prices on our own checkout are shown in Canadian dollars (CAD). Your bank converts automatically if you pay in another currency.

Can I add a gift note or order a signed copy?

Yes — send us a note through the contact form with your order number and we'll do our best to include a signed bookplate or a handwritten gift note before the parcel ships.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Print orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery then depends on your address, and the exact shipping options and estimated delivery window for your country are shown at checkout before you pay.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order, so you always see the real cost before paying — no surprise charges afterwards.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to the destinations listed at checkout. If your country isn't available, contact us and we'll tell you whether we can arrange it or point you to a retailer that ships to you. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking, sent to the address you used at checkout.

How do digital books and printables arrive?

Digital PDFs are delivered by email straight after your payment is confirmed — usually within a few minutes. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder first, then contact us and we'll resend it.

My book arrived damaged. What now?

Accepted Answer

Send us a photo of the damage through the contact form within 14 days of delivery and we'll replace the book at no cost to you. You won't need to post the damaged copy back.

Can I return a book I changed my mind about?

Unopened, unused print books can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage is paid by you, and we refund once the book arrives back with us in resellable condition.

Are digital downloads refundable?

Accepted Answer

Digital PDFs can't be returned once they've been sent, so they're non-refundable. If a file is corrupted or won't open, tell us and we'll fix or replace it immediately.

My order never arrived.

Accepted Answer

Contact us with your order number. We'll trace the parcel with the carrier and, if it's confirmed lost, send a replacement or refund you.

What ages are Kidaluma books for?

Our Noor & Azim picture books are written for ages 3–6 as read-alouds, with the kindergarten title aimed at ages 4–6. Activity titles suit ages 4–7. Every book page lists its age range and reading stage.

Which book should I start with?

Start with Noor and Azim and the Storylight River for a first read-aloud, or Noor and Azim Begin Kindergarten if your child is about to start school. Our book finder can suggest one in a few taps.

Can we use Kidaluma books in a read-aloud or story time?

In-person classroom and library read-alouds are welcome. For recorded or streamed read-alouds, please contact us first so we can give written permission.
